Admission Overview

4 years B.Tech Course –

Passed in 10+2 examination of CHSE. CBSE, ICSE or equivalent with Physics. Mathematics and one of the subjects from Chemistry/Computer/Biology/Biotechnology/Electronics/IT having 45% of marks for general Category and 40% of SC/ST category. Candidates has to quality one of the following entrance examination i.e.- Odisha-JEE, & AIEEE. It is mandatory lot admission.

2years Lateral Entry –

Passed 3 year Degree course in Engineering with at least 50% marks in aggregates from SCTE & VT, Odisha or equivalent or B.Sc with 50% of marks from any University having qualified from OJEE can be eligible for admission in 2nd Year (Lateral Entry).

Admission Procedure

Students who wish to seek admission to the various undergraduate programmes in engineering at Subas Institute of Technology may do so via one of the following processes:

Must have qualified with a rank in the Joint Entrance Examination conducted by National Testing Agency(NTA) OR Odisha Joint Entrance Examination conducted by OJEE, Govt of Odisha.

Eligibility:

  • The candidates must have passed the HSC examination or 10th examination from Board of Secondary Education,Odisha.

  • Must have secured minimum aggregate of 35% marks in 10th standard in English,Math and Science subjects.

  • The qualifying examination must be passed with 30% marks in each subject.

  • For first semester b.Tech courses in engineering except mining and drilling, the minimum age limit is 14 years.
