Measures Taken by the Subas Institute of Technology:
Educating / updating the students at the beginning of each academic session that there is zero tolerance for ragging and the College takes a very serious view of ragging in any form and is committed to creating conditions that prevent perpetration of any act of ragging and to take strict and prompt action against the delinquent student found abetting / involved in any act of ragging.
Appropriately / adequately sensitizing and counselling the students not to indulge in any act of ragging and to apprise them of the consequences which they may have to face, if found involved in any such act.
Strictly enforcing the relevant provisions of the UGC Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions.
Formation of Anti-Ragging Committees and Squads.
Pursuant to the directives of the Hon’ble Apex Court and in the light of the UGC Regulations 2009, Subas Institute of Technology has constituted one Anti-Ragging Committees and Anti-Ragging Squads comprising the principal, HODs, Wardens and Student Representatives has been constituted for overseeing the strict and meticulous implementation of the directives.
